Traditionally prepared with a grapefruit flavored soda, we lean more toward fresh ingredients, providing fresh grapefruit juice and soda water. The Paloma is Mexico’s most popular tequila-based drink.

- Fresh squeezed and fine strained Lime Juice
- Simple Syrup
- Topo Chico
- Kosher Salt
You Will Need

- Tequila (see below recommendations)
Spirit Recommendations

LALO Blanco - LALO is an excellent basic blanco tequila: pure agave without too much complexity. It has a clean, delicious taste and is additive free. LALO is great to always have on hand for sipping or mixing.
Instructions

1. Place a bar of ice (or large cubes) into a Collins glass
2. Add ingredients in the following order: 2 oz tequila, ¾ oz lime juice, ¾ oz simple syrup, 1 oz grapefruit juice, and 1 ½ oz soda water
3. Gently stir to combine ingredients and serve with a straw
4. Garnish with a pinch of Kosher salt (optional)
