When we set out to create our initial list of offerings, we intentionally did not include a traditional Old Fashioned - after all, people have strong feelings about this classic cocktail, plus there really isn't too much to add to the bourbon of choice. That being said, Little Bit Country is definitely in the same ballpark, and we hope you enjoy this maple-y rendition.

- Maple Syrup
- Cherry Essence
- Fee Brothers Orange Bitters
- Angostura Bitters
You Will Need

- Bourbon Whiskey (see below recommendations)
- Shaker, large enough for 3 ½ oz per cocktail, plus ice
Spirit Recommendations

Bulleit Bourbon - Bulleit Bourbon is a classic, whether enjoying neat or in cocktails. With its high rye content, it has a spicy character but still finishes smooth. The flavor notes of caramel, oak, and spice pair well with the maple syrup and sweetness of cherry essence.
Instructions

1. In large shaker, combine ¾ oz lemon juice, ½ oz maple syrup, ¼ oz cherry essence, 2 dashes orange bitters, 2 dashes Angostura Bitters, and 2 oz bourbon
2. Add large ice cubes (so as to not dilute the cocktail) and shake vigorously for at least 15 seconds
3. Strain into chilled coupe
